1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PURE Yoga Texas – Downtown Studio website and your participation in classes, memberships, workshops, and events at our Downtown Austin location, 506 Oakland Ave, Austin, TX 78703. By visiting our website, booking a class, or entering our studio, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Class Bookings

Class packages, drop-ins, and memberships are available for purchase in studio, by phone, or through our online scheduling system. Availability is limited by room capacity and is offered on a first-reserved, first-served basis. We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or room assignments as needed.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please cancel a reserved spot with as much notice as possible so another student can take your place. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reserve future classes. Students arriving after a class has started may be asked to wait for the next available session for safety reasons.

4. Health & Physical Risk

Yoga and heated fitness classes involve physical activity in a warm environment and carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you have consulted a physician if you have any condition that might be affected by movement, heat, or exercise.

You are responsible for communicating any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions to your instructor before class and for modifying postures as needed.

5. Studio Conduct

• Be respectful of instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Arrive with appropriate attire and your own mat and towel where required.
• Follow posted studio, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service or studio access to anyone who does not follow these guidelines.

6. Personal Property

PURE Yoga Texas – Downtown Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio, including items left in cubbies or common areas.

7. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes, including class schedules, studio information, and online booking. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or use the site in a way that could disable, damage, or impair its functionality.

8. Intellectual Property
